There is a lot of conversations these days about our real estate market and whether it is good or bad, have we hit the bottom of the market or are we recovering. Here is a good video that puts our real estate market in perspective. The big picture is sometimes hard to see but it paints a good look into our future of home buying and selling.

Farmers' Markets Throughout Western Massachusetts
Spring is definately here and it is time to work outside in our yards, flower gardens and vegetable gardens, can't wait to get started. With the warmer weather it's time for our fresh, locally grown produce and we look forward to the local Farmers' Markets throughout the area.
I found a great web site for us to get a list of the local markets, times and they even list what local farms will be attending with their products and fresh produce.
Some of the markets are open, others will be opening over the next few weeks. Be sure to check them out!
